Chat assistant (only if you start it)

If chat is offered and you start it, the Botpress chat window stores an identifier in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) so the conversation survives a page reload. It stays until you clear your browser data for this site; the conversation it points to is deleted at Botpress within 24 hours. Nothing from Botpress loads, and nothing is stored, until you click «Chat with us» / «Start the chat». Details: privacy notice.

Our cookies: none

Apart from the chat above, once you start it, this site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. There is no analytics and no advertising, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner.

Cloudflare Turnstile (the form only)

The form loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com to check that a person is sending it. It is strictly necessary for the form to work safely. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use cookies to track you across sites. Details: privacy notice.

If this changes

If we ever add anything else that is not strictly necessary, it stays off until you switch it on, and this page will list it first.
